Overview of Systemic Therapies in Penile Cancer - Beyond the Abstract

The present article provides an in-depth analysis of a rare but aggressive disease, offering a broad vision of the biology and recent developments in research for the systemic treatment of this neoplasm.

We conducted an extensive review of the literature, trying to extrapolate the most relevant innovations in the context of such a little-known pathology, ranging from standard chemotherapy treatments, and target therapies, up to the role of the most recent Antibody-Drug conjugates.
