Urinary incontinence due to urethral coitus in a multiparous woman - Abstract

Urethral coitus in women with a normal vagina and introitus has very rarely been reported.

We report the case of a 48-year-old gravida 5, para 5 woman with a history of urethral coitus complaining of urinary incontinence. To the best of our knowledge, our patient is the fifth reported case of urethral coitus with normal genitalia, and it might be accepted as the first reported case of urethral coitus in a multiparous woman.
