Infectious, inflammatory, and immunologic conditions resulting in male infertility - Abstract

This article provides an overview of infectious and inflammatory conditions associated with male infertility.

These conditions may affect several components of the male reproductive tract and therefore have the ability to potentially alter sperm function. The effect of these conditions on male fertility is poorly understood and often underestimated.
