The prevalence of urinary tract stones in the pediatric population is lower than that in adults.
Although methods of surgery and medical equipment have developed, medical treatments for urinary tract stones are limited for pediatric cases. We report the case of a 10-month-old male infant with urinary stones in the left kidney and ureter who underwent percutaneous nephrolithotripsy and ureterolithotripsy using antegrade insertion of a ureteroscope through the same nephrostomy tract.
