The last decade flexible ureteroscopy has progressed from an awkward diagnostic procedure with limited visualization to a precise surgical intervention allowing access to the entire collecting system.
In this review, we present the current status and future perspectives of the ureterorenoscopic management of urolithiasis and non-stone-related upper tract pathologies.
